1. Who you are dealing with

hondaradiocodes.com (the "Site") is operated by System32 Limited, Room 409, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, company no. 76243454, UK VAT 471 1289 94, EU VAT RO50513266. "We" and "us" mean System32 Limited, which also collects the payments and issues the invoices.

By using the Site or ordering a code you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

2. The service

You give us the serial number of a Honda or Acura radio or navigation unit. We identify the unit and retrieve the security code it was manufactured with, then show it on the Site and email it to the address you entered. The estimated delivery time and the price are shown before you pay. Some units are handled by a specialist and take longer; the estimate you see at checkout applies.

3. Eligibility and legitimate use

The service is only for people who own the vehicle or unit, or who repair it with the owner's authorisation. You confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract;
• you have the right to unlock the unit whose serial number you enter;
• you will not use the Site to unlock stolen equipment or for any other unlawful purpose.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and report it, where we suspect misuse.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The charge on your statement and the invoice are issued by the Billing Entity. There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically after your order.

5. Accuracy of what you enter

The code is calculated from the serial number you provide. Check it carefully: a code retrieved for a mistyped serial will not work on your unit. If you notice a mistake, contact us before entering the code so we can correct the order.

6. Money-back guarantee and refunds

If the code we deliver does not unlock the unit whose serial number you entered, or we cannot deliver a code at all, you get a full refund. To claim it, contact us through the chat or by email with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the unit's label or display to confirm the serial number.

Because the code is digital content delivered immediately after payment, a refund is not available once a correct code has been delivered, for example if you no longer need it or found it elsewhere. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Entering the code

Honda units lock for a period after repeated wrong entries. Follow the entry instructions shown with your code and ask us if anything is unclear. We are not responsible for a unit locked by wrong entries, or for damage caused by removing a unit to read its label.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time or loss of use of the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Site, its text, images and software belong to the Operator. Honda, Acura and the model names are trademarks of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and are used only to identify the units the service supports. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Honda.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
